We're looking for an experienced, creative, and hospitality-driven Bar Manager to lead the Tall Texan Tasting Room. You'll oversee daily operations, develop an innovative cocktail program, manage and mentor the tasting room team, and create exceptional guest experiences while showcasing our portfolio of premium imported spirits and Texas-made sotol.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop seasonal cocktail menus and signature recipes.

• Lead, train, schedule, and manage the tasting room team.

• Host tastings, private events, and educational experiences.

• Oversee inventory, ordering, and daily bar operations.

• Maintain exceptional hospitality, cleanliness, and compliance standards.

Tall Texan Tasting Room

We're seeking an enthusiastic, hospitality-focused Server to help create memorable experiences for every guest who visits the Tall Texan Tasting Room. Working alongside the Bar Manager, you'll serve handcrafted cocktails, guide guests through tastings, and share the stories behind our premium imported spirits and Texas-made sotol.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.

• Serve cocktails, spirits flights, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Educate guests about our spirits, tasting notes, and production.

• Support tastings, private events, and special experiences.

• Assist with daily operations, inventory, merchandise, and maintaining a clean, welcoming tasting room.

West Texas (Sanderson, Marathon, Alpine, Fort Stockton, Marfa & Terlingua)
Part-Time | Flexible Schedule
$20+/hr (based on experience + travel expenses)

We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, and hospitality-driven Brand Ambassador to represent Tall Texan throughout West Texas. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, sharing great spirits, and creating memorable brand experiences at tastings, festivals, and community events. 

As the face of Tall Texan in the field, you'll introduce consumers to our award-winning sotol, educate retail and hospitality partners, and help grow brand awareness through engaging activations across the region. 

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct tastings at on-premise (bars and restaurants) and off-premise retail accounts. 

• Represent Tall Texan at festivals, community events, and special activations. 

• Set up and break down branded tents, booths, tables, signage, and sampling equipment. 

• Educate consumers, retail staff, and hospitality professionals about Tall Texan, sotol, and our spirits portfolio. 

• Build and maintain relationships with retail accounts, account staff, event organizers, and consumers. 

• Capture photo and video content during events showcasing consumer engagement with the Tall Texan brand. 

• Share event photos, videos, and recaps with the marketing team. 

• Maintain event supplies, branded materials, and sampling inventory.
